Our mission
Most health calculators are slow, covered in ads, or vague about how they work. We wanted the opposite: clean tools that load instantly, show their working, and explain what your results actually mean — so you can make informed decisions about your body.
What we offer
We cover the calculations people search for most, grouped into four areas:
- Weight management — TDEE, BMR, calorie deficit and macros.
- Body composition — BMI, body fat and ideal weight.
- Training — one-rep max and heart rate zones.
- Hydration — water intake.
Every calculator supports both metric and imperial units and updates in real time as you type.
How we build our calculators
Each tool is based on a published, peer-reviewed or widely accepted formula — for example the Mifflin-St Jeor equation for metabolic rate, the WHO classification for BMI, the US Navy method for body fat, and the Karvonen method for heart rate zones. The formula behind every calculator is written in plain language on its page, along with the key references.
We run all calculations in your browser, so your numbers never leave your device.
